How many classes per week do you recommend I take?


You will improve the most if you are doing at least 2-3 classes a week but you will still progress and get the benefits of physical exercise even if you are dancing once a week. It also depends on your goals and objectives and whether you are dancing just for fun or you want to accomplish a certain level of technique and prepare yourself for the next level. Please do not hesitate to discuss this with your dance instructor.
