On Sunday Jan 31st 2016 we will be celebrating the 5th anniversary for the West Coast Swing Sundays! This has been the 1st regular WCS Social/Party in Oslo and surroundings, and it has greatly contributed to the growth of WCS in Akershus/Oslo, as people started having a place to practice what they learn in classes and can build up community, find dance partners, etc. We are grateful for the dedication of those who started it and made it happen! We started with 2-3 couples, and nowadays West Coast Swing Sundays is the most popular WCS social dance concept in town. There are 30 to 50 beautiful westies gathering every Sunday not only from Oslo, but also from out of town, dancing, socializing and having fun the evening away!
