Reza (Rey the dance doctor) first Couple Dance Steps (Swing)

Rey meets Eddie Torres & Salsa Night Club in NYC
1996
Rey meets Eddie Torres & Salsa Night Club in NYC.
He brings Eddie Torres Style Salsa/ Salsa Night Club Style to Norway/ Scandinavia and shortly after start sharing it by giving classes and workshops.
1998
Rey travels back to NY to learn more with the King! 1988- 1999 Reyza expands hia salsa lessons i Oslo due to public demand.
2000
Rey opens the first full time street Latin Dance Studio in Norway and names it «SalsaSite».
2001
Moving to Nedre Vollgata in Oslo
2002
SalsaSite starts offering Brazilian dances on a professional level in Norway:
Brazilian Samba, Samba de Gafieira, Brazilian Zouk, Forró, Bio Danza, and more.
2003
We put Norway on the world’s Salsa map by organising the first «Annual Norwegian Salsa Congress», the first and the largest Salsa congress in Scandinavia.
2006
Moving to Øvre Vollgata in Oslo Downtown.
2009
Moving to Møllergata in Oslo Downtown.
2009 (Bachata)
- We brought the modern Bachata to Oslo and surrounding counties.
- We placed Norway on the worlds Bachata map by organising the very first International Bachata Weekender in Norway, downtown Oslo 17-19 April.
2009 (Brazilian Zouk)
30th of October,
- We put Norway on the world’s Zouk map by organising the very first International Zouk Weekender in Norway, downtown Oslo 30th of October. Zouk is born also in Norway.
2010 (West Coast Swing)
2nd of November 2010 Moving to Kirkegata in Oslo Downtown.
West Coast Swing arrives at our Studio.
We started the very first West Coast Swing Dance Social open for the public.
2013
Moving to Tollbugata 13, Oslo Downtown
2015
We changed the name of the school to a new and more encompassing name: I LOVE DANCING! This transition not only shows how passionate we are for what we do, but also shows the growth of SalsaSite Productions during it’s long history as the longest existing Latin dance school and Latin entertainment company in Norway.
2019
Reza (Rey the blacksmith) starts Dancify.me
Dancify is a dancer’s dream coming true! This transition shows Rey’s love and passion for what he love the most, dancing.
Dancify.me the very evolution of SalsaSite Productions, the very first, and longest existing Street Latin Dance School, and now also the largest one in it’s kind in Norway!
