You will learn amazing footwork & upper body moves you can use for clubbing, jazz, hip hop, line dances, salsa, Zouk, WCS, and more, not to mention the great workout! Arild Lekanger is former world champion in line dance and is a very experienced instructor. *** Stretch & Strength WEDNESDAYS: 8 weeks course starts 13 Jan, also possible to DROP IN: 20:30-21:30: Open Level (FREE 13 Jan) Great class with Arild & Karina for strengthening your body core and frame, and for gaining flexibility. Designed for dancers & useful for everyone. *** Brazilian ZOUK THURSDAYS: 8 weeks course starts 14 Jan, also possible to DROP IN any time: 17:30-18:25: Beginner (FREE 14 Jan) 18:30-19:25 Improver: custom-made classes 19:30-20:30 Intermediate/ Advanced: custom-made classes 20:30-23:00 Zouk Social Dance, all levels Classes with Karina & Reyza, the most experienced Zouk instructor couple in Norway *** RELAXATION & CREATIVITY for DANCING on SATURDAYS: 17:30-19:00 16th of January this lecture is directed towards new & experienced dancers and other artists, also useful for everybody in the daily life. (open at Tollbugata 13 & via videoconference) Karina, dance teacher for 26 years, international lecturer for 20 years on the human potential, graduated in psychology. There are always a few participants repeating their beginner course to refresh their basics. This will provide you the opportunity to dance with stronger dancers to help you learn faster. INSTRUCTORS: Reyza, Karina & Arild’s teaching method is at an international level. They are professional, dedicated, kind, fun & have a very clear pedagogy! They always keep heir dance up to date. During the classes, Instructors dance will all participants to give them personal feedback. This help the participants learn faster and better. You can also dance in your socks.
