Join Sunday Solo Routines and learn some fun dance routines in many different dance styles and music genres! You will love it!
For men & women, with or without former dance experience, no matter age or size. Possible to drop in any time.Popular linedances, jazz routines, choreographies from music videos or other fun dances. Expect good body workout where you will learn footwork & upper body moves you can use for many types of couples & solo dances. .

Arild Lekanger:
Arild is very experienced in teaching such dances with great entertainment and pedagogy, for almost two decades in many different countries.
From the only 2 times he competed in Line Dance World Championship (years 2000 & 2006) he has won 1st place (advanced division) in one of them and 4th place in the other! He have also competed in several other international competition like the European and Scandinavian Championships and national open championships in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and France. He worked as a judge and held many workshops at different events. Last years he has been more known as a West Coast Swing teacher.

Shoes:
Bring dance shoes, or other indoor shoes that have slippery soles to avoid injuries) that does not leave marks on the floor, or dance with socks.
We have NICE DANCE SHOES TO SELL on the same location as the course, from 300 NOK. Come earlier to try them 😉
Language:
Class can be taught in Norwegian or English, according to the needs of participants.
